Take a closer look at your telecommunication bills and help out a good cause while you are at it!

In this day and age, it’s just good business to keep an eye on your expenses. We often find that internet and telephone expenses is one area that businesses either aren’t getting as fast of bandwidth as they could be for the price they’re currently paying or that they need to be paying less for bandwidth at their current speeds. The same goes for phone bills - businesses are often times paying for legacy services such as call waiting or per-minute long distance charges that are included at no cost on an updated rate structure.

We want to help with this problem and you can also help out a great cause at the same time! If we can help 10 businesses save double or triple digits each month, we’re happy. If we can do that and at the same time help out some deserving non-profit’s that’s even better!

Here’s how it works:

• Upload a copy of a recent internet and telephone bill for your business below. You can upload it using the form below. You can even visit this page on your phone and take a picture of the bill. If for some reason uploading doesn’t work, e-mail a copy of the bill to support@smartpathtech.com with your main phone number in the subject. Please make sure to include front and back of each page!
• Pick the local non-profit of your choice - we’re going to make a $5 donation for every internet/telephone bill we receive to the non-profit specified.
• We’ll analyze your bill, what your providers current rate structure and available services are to you, and what other providers are available to your location. Once we’ve analyzed your bill, you’ll get a customized one page review summary back - see the example below - and tell you if you need to renegotiate your current service, shop services around, or if you are getting the best deal - along with specific actionable next steps.
• We’ll help you make any changes that you determine are needed if you need our help. We understand that negotiating with Internet providers and telephone companies are not at the top of the list of what most folks want to spend their time doing. We don’t mind helping out.
• The non-profit benefits! At the end of the month, we’ll make a donation equal to $5 per bill submitted to each selected non-profit entity. This donation will be earmarked with your business name when we make it.
