SmartPath Technology can remotely access and diagnose issues with your workstation, provided you have functioning internet connectivity. By connecting remotely with a SmartPath Technician, you are establishing the connection and you can break the connection at any time. SmartPath technicians only have access when you establish the connection.
To connect remotely, follow these steps:
Contact SmartPath Technologies at 270-205-4709.
The technician will direct you to this page. Click on the image of the hand and the laptop below to initate the download of the remote access software. You will receive a prompt asking if you want to run or save the software - choose run. You will also be presented with a dialog box saying that the publisher of the software can not be verified and are you sure you want to run. Say yes again. You will be presented with a screen displaying the SmartPath logo on the right side and a list of technical contacts on the left side. Double click the technical contact that the SmartPath Technician gives you, and we will be remotely connected to your desktop.
